Frida In Memorial Pin

Frida was the friendliest girl at the Hen Haven and would always greet  visitors with a preen. The poor darling fell off a truck on her way to slaughter back in 2016. She was totally bald and shivering when she was found and she had broken her beak. She went on to live a beautiful life at the hen rescue. She was kind to all the hens, even the disabled ones who others may pick on. She passed away in June 2022 at 8 years old and we will always remember her sweet and loving personality. This gorgeous, one of a kind enamel pin specially was designed by @jessicajaneillustrations to wear with pride. Help Frida’s memory live on. Through her story we can remind everyone that all laying hens are sent to slaughter at 18 months old and those hens have personalities and a strong will to live. They all deserve the love and compassion we gave to Frida.

The pin measures 3cm x 2.8cm and comes with a secure backing.
